Favorite Buildings/ Structures Visited - Nizwa Dam, Oman
these pictures evoke a feeling of such unbearable loneliness. i never liked dams. they've always scared me in both a meta-and regularly physical way. as if as i child i was left by my parents at a dam, all alone. *shudder*
i forgot all about this blog. i don't even remember if i ever knew it existed. and i'm very flattered that you mentioned me in the above post *applause* oh and that i inspired you.

I like these photos - there's something in their arid ascetic aesthetic which reminds me a bit of Finland, in the winter - go figure...
