Currently sitting in the an airport lounge in Doha, engaged in a bit of late night blogging.
The included images are of a QR coded wallpaper which, in this instance, narrate (up to 250 characters within each square) the first few pages from a 3D Printing manual, but, more imaginatively, could and should be used to outline some poetry or interesting quotes, facts about its location. etc. The information would be accessed through a smart-phone, but for the remains of the individuals exposed to the QR squares it would simply remain a, quasi-Islamic, pattern on a wall or even a floor...

It would be really interesting if the QR started to be applied on buildings as well as landscapes.
ReplyDeleteHere is a relative application of painting a 2D image in a three dimensional space -to view it as 2D, from a specified angle:-

Hi Aziz,
ReplyDeleteThanks for the comment and link suggestion - which I'll pass on to one of my students who is currently working with anamorphic images in a slightly different context...
Best,
