Maysaa Paintings - Shoes...


A few images of paintings done my my wife Maysaa Al-Mumin during the past year or so... I have no idea if Maysaa would approve (I'm showing these behind her back?!) nor if the paintings shown are actually completed. But I like them... This initial set was painted with (assumedly) oil-paints on thin sheets of plywood... This set of paintings were mainly done at VCUQ...

    My favorites are last and third from last. Third from last look like they actually have portraits inside them. I like that effect. I'm going to tell you you.

    Can you imagine what kind of steps/ walking she must have taken to create such depictions..?!
